Acts 21:20-24

  1. ...Then they said to Paul (Saul),"You see brother, how many thousands of Jews have believed, and all of them are zealous for the Torah.

  2. They have been informed that you teach all the Jews who live among the Gentiles to turn away from Moses, telling them not to circumcise their children or live according to our customs.

  3. What, then, is to be done? They will certainly hear that you have come.

  4. Therefore do what we suggest to you: there are four men with us who have made a vow.

  5. Take these men and purify yourself along with them, also pay for their offerings that they may shave their heads (see Num 6:2-21, Acts 18:18). Then everybody will know there is no truth in these reports about you, but that you yourself also walk orderly and are living in obedience to the Torah.
