2 Samuel 7:12 (Shmu'el Bet 7:12)

  1. When your days are complete and you lie down with your fathers, I will raise up your descendant after you, who will come forth from you, and I will establish His kingdom.


Isaiah 9:6-7 (Yesha'yahu 9:5-6)

  1. For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.


  2. Of the increase and peace resulting from His government there will be no end. He will be on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish and to uphold it with justice and righteousness from that time forward and forevermore. The zeal of the LORD of hosts shall bring this to pass.


Jeremiah 23:5-6 (Yirmeyahu 23:5-6)

  1. "Behold, the days are coming," declares the LORD, "that I will raise up for David a righteous branch; He shall reign as king and prosper, and shall do what is just and right in the land.


  2. In His days Judah shall be saved and Israel will dwell safely; And this is His name by which He shall be called: The LORD Our Righteousness.
